Drilling fluid manifold
Features:
The drilling fluid manifold is a matching device of a drilling rig and is used mainly to collect the drilling mud discharged by mud pumps and transport it into wells and to mud guns.
The drilling fluid manifold consists of mud gate valve, high pressure union, tee, cross joint, bed, high pressure hose, sub, pressure gauge, etc. The surface valve block uses a gooseneck tee structure, which is characterized by compact structure, small fluid resistance and full development of power. The drill floor valve block uses a reducer tee, which can be directly used for a single pipe for convenience of field use. The high pressure union is made of high strength alloy steel and thermally treated. Both the gate segment and the gate seat of the mud gate valve are spray-welded with hard alloy and have features including resistance to erosion and corrosion, thus increasing the service life of the valve. In addition, the operation moment is small and the valve is opened easily. The bend, tapered pipe, tee, cross joint, etc. of the manifold all are cast of high strength alloy steel, and the pipe wall is thickened and thermally treated, so the manifold can fully meet the requirements of strength and anticorrosion. The parts requiring high accuracy are machined with special technologies so as to ensure manufacturing quality. Before assembly, hydrostatic pressure strength test and sealing test of all parts bearing high pressure are conducted to strictly ensure their delivery quality.
